Custom Louver Shapes

Wonder Metals Louvers are all custom, as we make them just for you, per your needs. We do have standard models and shapes that are either AMCA tested or Certified but we don’t stop there. We can make new models just for your firm and or customize the one’s we already have by changing depth shape or material. We won’t stop there either we have many finish options and if we don’t have what you need we will do our best to get it for you. We have done air brushed wood finish, Marble and we will match what you need us to match.

Custom Louver Metal Types

Wonder Metals stocks 5052 alloy aluminum, 6063 alloy aluminum and some 6061 alloy aluminum, We also carry A60 & G90 galvanized steel along with Hot roll and Cold roll steel. We even stock 304 & 316 stainless steel, 110 copper alloy in 20 oz and 32 oz. However we don’t stop there, we will fabricate your products from just about any metal you can dream up. There are some limitations as we like to fully weld our products and some material will require pop-rivet construction.

We do have some models that can only be made with aluminum extrusions as you can’t make metal go 3-directions at the same time. without having it extruded.
